The targeted opening of the new boutique hotel is in 2012. That would be a year more to go. This project is between Anflo Mangement and Investment Corporation, AyalaLand Hotels and Resorts Corp. and Ayala Land Inc. (Is part of the mixed-use development named Centrio)
This new boutique is being designed to offer warm and stylish hotel experience. They also provide an easy access to shops, restaurants, cinemas, fitness gym, swimming pool, executive lounge, etc.

We expect that sooner or later these condotel will be establish here in CDO. Well its really good investment for the investors here in CDO.
This is really cool! When this boutique hotel is built, there will be a lot of tourists who'll find it more comfortable to stay in. I hope this will be sooner! I'm excited to have this hotel around Cagayan de Oro. Cool!
